THE EXPERIENCE

Join me on an exclusive, whirlwind and headfirst dive into the past, present, and future of New Orleans' legendary cuisine.  We will cook side-by-side in state-of-the-art teaching kitchens, eat together at the city's most important restaurants, and meet the chefs, managers, and cooks that make New Orleans the international gastronomic treasure that it is. The experience will culminate in my historic home on the edge of the Garden District where we will celebrate over hors d'oeuvres, live music and a multi-course feast prepared by myself and my exceptional staff.  This is a one-of-a-kind experience that you will never forget.
