Attendees will stay at the Windsor Court or another top-notch New Orleans hotel

Our shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel
Three to four hours of culinary instruction at the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute
Chef Jason will demo a menu. Students then cook it together working in small groups of 2-3 to promote teambuilding
Problem-solving exercises are inherent to the curriculum to foster team development
MID-DAY
Team lunch
Eat what we cooked
Students dine in either a dining lab, classroom, or conference room setting based on the needs of the clients
A/V is available as needed
Our shuttle will return participants to the hotel after lunch
Afternoon
Students return to the hotel for some free time
Conference space is available per the client’s needs for further team development
Access is available to the Windsor Court’s rooftop pool and exceptional full-service spa. The French Quarter is a 5-minute walk.
